Chief Inspiration Officer
TecAccess

I am the spokesperson for TecAccess and SSB BART Group. I was born with Down syndrome in 1987 and everyone set the bar low for me except my family. Doctors said I would be unable to walk and talk. I speak all over the world to thousands of people about why people with intellectual disabilities can add value to the workforce. I love the theater and have acted in many plays, including Aladdin with Richmond Dreamers, a Theatre Group for young adults with disabilities. I was also an extra in Will Farrow’s movie “Semi Pro”. I am an active advocate for wonderful organizations like Special Olympics, Easter Seals, The ARC, United Way and Best Buddies. I speak on topics about inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce and topics that encourage other young people with disabilities to find their Voices.
