Having lost my eyesight in 1997, I now have insights that I like to share with others. Working for half of my career with sight and half without, I can speak to the benefits and challenges of employing people with disabilities from the business perspective as well as from that of being a job seeker and of being an employee who has a disability. I have experienced life from several vantage points, and truly enjoy educating, answering questions, debunking myths, and hopefully motivating and inspiring others.
