As the Deputy Director for the Bridges to Business Program with the National Organization on Disability (NOD), I speak on a variety of topics usually related to how the demand side (businesses) and the supply side (community rehabilitation programs and universities) can work together and develop partnerships in order to recruit and hire more candidates with disabilities.
