As Director of Workforce Development & Strategy for VCU Health System, I’m often asked to address work-life issues and how to create an employer of choice environment. In addition, I speak about creating pipelines to identify qualified and diverse talent for the organization. Project SEARCH has been a wonderful way to identify talent through internship opportunities. This program provides employment and education opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities.
