As someone who really believes in the mission of the VABLN, Vicki wanted to get involved on the its board to promote better understanding regarding the employability and ability of people with disabilities.
Vicki has substantive experience working with individuals who have disabilities in competitive employment. She has developed strong relationships with the business community over the years and she works to address these business’ labor needs for qualified candidates. Through the VCU Employment Services Division, Vicki and her team work with hundreds of local Richmond-based employers who have hired the people that RRTC represents – individuals with disabilities.
When away from work, Vicki loves to read and kayak.
