The VABLN Community Advisory Council provides guidance and consultation to help the VABLN Board achieve its goal of educating employers about the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities. The Community Advisory Council provides VABLN membership with advice, technical assistance, training, information and other resources to increase the number of businesses that successfully recruit, hire, and retain workers with disabilities thereby increasing the number of persons with disabilities gainfully employed throughout the Commonwealth.
