One of Regina’s strengths is connectedness, and she is excited to work with the VABLN to connect with businesses and help them develop strategies for increasing their workforce diversity by including people with disabilities. Using her wealth of talent management experience and her focus on the uniqueness of each person, she will help businesses to build processes and programs to attract, identify, select and onboard talented individuals who have disabilities.
Regina is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a member of SHRM. She and her husband have two children, a son and a daughter. After developing a passion to run, Regina completed her first half marathon in 2013. She continues to run and participate in various running and obstacle race events.
