History
The Virginia Business Leadership Network (VABLN) is a branch of the US Business Leadership Network, originally established in 1994 through the President’s Committee on the Employment of People With Disabilities.
Mission
VABLN is a business-to-business (B2B) association focused on increasing workforce and marketplace diversity through the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
Vision
VABLN Members will diversify and improve their workforce, enhance their shareholder value, and provide benefits to the communities in which they do business.
Goal
The goal of VABLN is to assist businesses in providing solutions for increasing workforce and marketplace diversity by including people with disabilities.
